3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• Use the reports and recommendations solely for planning and design purposes.
• Do not redistribute, modify, or resell our analytical content without authorization.

3.2. Homepedan's Rights

• Modify or interrupt the service for technical maintenance or force majeure reasons.
• Reject requests we deem incomplete, unethical, or outside our scope.
• Protect our intellectual property over methodologies, reports, and software.

4. Limitation of Liability

Homepedan acts as a technical consultant. We are not responsible for the final construction, remodeling, or implementation decisions made by the client. Our analyses do not replace the evaluation of a licensed architect or structural engineer in your jurisdiction. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

Prices are clearly indicated before contracting. Payments are for services rendered. Once the technical analysis has begun and the report has been generated, no refunds will be issued, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error by Homepedan that prevents the delivery of the contracted service.

6. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified and become effective upon publication. The user may terminate the use of the service at any time. Homepedan may suspend or terminate access for serious breach of these terms.
